Gregor Lisjak
Visual identity and packaging for Gregor Lisjak, an olive grower and miller at Krkavče in Slovenian Istria, who has been pressing extra virgin olive oil since 1992.
The mark is a single olive inside a ring, drawn to hold at the size of a bottle cap and again on the face of a five-litre tin. It repeats on the closure, the label and the can, and it is the only ornament in the system.
The range divides in two. The estate oil, pressed from Istrska belica olives, carries a white label with the text set small and centred; the infused oils — garlic, truffle, lemon, orange, chilli, and a blend of olive and pumpkin oil — each take a single flat colour across bottle, cap and type. The bottle is flat-sided with rounded shoulders rather than the usual cylinder, and the same silhouette scales from 250 ml to 500 ml. Origin is stated on every piece: Krkavče, Istra.
